Fiber discs
Fiber discs enable precise weld removal, chamfering and edging. Their use allows you to get rid of surface defects, effectively and quickly leveling it. Prepares surfaces for painting without the need for further sanding steps. Fiber discs are up to 3 times faster and up to 5 times more durable than standard grinding discs. Lamellar discs
Flap discs are one of the most popular abrasives. They are universally applicable: they grind scratches, chips, and remove deposits such as rust or old paint. 3M abrasives guarantee a perfect surface finish. Machining fillet welds.
Cutting and grinding discs
We offer a wide range of efficient and fast cutting and grinding discs of the well-known 3M brand, including modern Silver discs and exceptionally efficient 3M Cubitron II, whose very sharp grain causes a significantly lower temperature during grinding and cutting, as a result of which work is faster and more efficient. Cubitron II and Silver blades are perfect for machining hard-wearing materials such as Duplex, Hardox, gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, unalloyed and high-alloy steels.
Composite brushes
Composite brushes with abrasive grain ensure thorough cleaning and surface finish. Perfectly matching her. They are suitable for processing various types of material: stainless and structural steel, brass or aluminum. No chemical passivation is needed for stainless steel or aluminum. The use of a brush does not cause discoloration even after many years of use.
Abrasive nonwovens
Non-woven abrasives are the best material for grinding and matting plastic surfaces. They can also be successfully used for processing wood, rubber, ceramics and glass. They are characterized by high flexibility, which makes them able to reach even hard-to-reach places. The spatial structure of the non-woven fabric prevents clogging of the processed elements with the excavated material.
Endless belts
Our offer includes a wide range of endless abrasive belts. They are available in many grain sizes as well as on appropriate backings with various degrees of stiffness, enabling dry and wet work. They are the perfect tool for grinding, cleaning, finishing and satin finishing. New line of Cubitron II endless belts. The precisely shaped Cubitron II grain, due to its construction, is much more efficient than traditional ceramic grain.
